# Hearth - Complete + Onboarding
$300 one-time. All ten components, plus a 1:1 session.
## What this is
A working, pinned Docker Compose stack for self-hosting your own application
platform. Not a link dump - the integration layer: services wired together,
environment template, a quickstart that reaches a running service, a runbook,
and a script that fetches the exact upstream sources at pinned commits.
## Included
- All ten components
- 1:1 onboarding session
- Lifetime updates
## Components
| Component | Licence | Language | Role |
|---|---|---|---|
| pocketbase | MIT | Go | Single-file backend (auth, database, file storage, admin UI) |
| umami | MIT | TypeScript | Privacy-first web analytics |
| gitea | MIT | Go | Self-hosted Git service |
| woodpecker | Apache-2.0 | Go | CI/CD engine |
| supabase | Apache-2.0 | TypeScript | Postgres platform (database, auth, storage, realtime) |
| appwrite | BSD-3-Clause | PHP | Backend-as-a-service platform |
| payload | MIT | TypeScript | Headless CMS on your own stack |
| Ghost | MIT | TypeScript | Publishing platform |
| saleor | BSD-3-Clause | Python | Headless commerce |
| tinacms | Apache-2.0 | TypeScript | Git-backed visual CMS |
## Quickstart
```bash
cp .env.example .env
docker compose up -d
./verify.sh
```
Endpoints in this tier:
- `umami` -> http://localhost:3000
- `gitea` -> http://localhost:3001
- `woodpecker` -> http://localhost:8000
- `appwrite` -> http://localhost:8082
- `ghost` -> http://localhost:2368
- `saleor` -> http://localhost:8001
Components without an official image (PocketBase, Supabase, Payload, TinaCMS)
are installed from source - see `docs/` for each.
## Getting the sources
Upstream source is not vendored. This fetches each project at an exact pinned
commit:
```bash
./fetch-sources.sh ./sources
```
All components are MIT, Apache-2.0 or BSD-3-Clause. See `ATTRIBUTION.md`.
## Requirements
- Docker Engine 24+ with the Compose v2 plugin
- 4 GB RAM for the light tiers, 16 GB+ for the full platform
## Support
See `RUNBOOK.md` for operations and troubleshooting.
